A Place For All Kids To Play

Parents, teachers and the community have pitched in to make an inclusive playground at Eagle Heights Elementary School, in Clinton, Iowa, a reality. To be constructed in the summer of 2020, the $143,000 playground will be accessible to all students, including those in wheelchairs. The playground equipment will include ramps, sensory panels and a wheelchair-accessible teeter-totter and merry-go-round.
